Platform price and call usage

Nexcal bills on two separate levels: the monthly platform price of your plan and your actual call usage. Understanding this separation helps you estimate costs realistically and choose the right plan.

The monthly platform price

The platform price is the fixed monthly amount of your plan. It covers the feature scope and the capacities, such as the number of users, active campaigns, concurrent calls, caller IDs and custom voices. Nexcal offers four plans:

  • Starter: 99 € per month.
  • Pro: 199 € per month.
  • Power: 499 € per month.
  • Enterprise: from 999 € per month.

For a detailed comparison, see plans and feature scope and the pricing page.

Call usage

Separately from the platform price, Nexcal records call usage. It is based solely on connected talk time, which is tracked to the second. Unanswered calls as well as calls explicitly classified as preview or test do not count as connected talk time.

  • Connected talk time is counted to the second.
  • Durations are shown as mm:ss or h:mm:ss.
  • Unanswered calls are not billed.
  • Preview and test calls are not billed.

For details on how usage is generated, see understanding call usage.

Why two separate levels

The separation keeps things transparent. The platform price stays predictable, while call usage reflects your actual activity. You pay for the feature scope regardless of how many conversations were connected in a given month. When your activity increases, only the usage level grows, not the fixed platform price.

Hinweis: Technical token or provider costs are not broken down separately in public. What matters for usage is connected talk time alone.
