Lead status and processing result

Once a lead list is assigned to a campaign, every lead receives a processing status. It shows where a lead is in processing and with what result a call ended.

What the lead status represents

The lead status is tracked in the context of a campaign. The same contact can have different statuses in different campaigns, because the status always refers to the specific processing, not to the contact in the workspace.

Typical results of a call

A call can end in different ways, for example:

  • the lead has not been processed yet and is waiting in the queue;
  • the lead is currently being called;
  • the call was not answered;
  • the line was busy;
  • a conversation took place and produced a result;
  • a callback was scheduled.

The exact labels of the statuses may evolve in the interface. Use the described meaning as your guide.

Hinweis: Unanswered calls and calls explicitly classified as preview or test are not billed. Usage is measured by connected talk time per second.

Reviewing results

You track the processing of leads through campaign execution. How the queue works is described in understanding the lead queue. How to review the results is shown in reviewing lead results.

Common questions

Can a contact have different statuses in two campaigns?

Yes. The lead status always refers to the specific processing in a campaign, not to the contact in the workspace. The same contact can therefore carry different statuses.

Are unanswered calls billed?

No. Unanswered calls as well as preview and test calls are not billed. What is billed is connected talk time, measured per second.

Do the status labels change?

The exact labels in the interface may evolve. Use the described meaning of each status as your guide.
